Banana Latte

Instructions
- Banana Simple Syrup: In a small pan, combine mashed bananas, brown sugar, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes until sugar dissolves. Strain and stir in vanilla.
- Banana Latte: Pour syrup into a glass, add ice, milk, and espresso. Stir well and adjust sweetness. For hot latte, omit ice and steam the milk.
