Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs:
- 16 oz bacon
- 16 oz bag frozen homestyle meatballs, thawed
Brown Sugar-Chili Coating:
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 cup bbq sauce

Instructions
- Prepare: Get out slow cooker and set aside. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
- Wrap and coat meatballs: Wrap a thawed meatball with a piece of bacon, secure with a toothpick. Combine brown sugar and chili powder in a bowl. Roll bacon-wrapped meatballs in sugar mixture and place in slow cooker.
- Cook meatballs: Drizzle bbq sauce over meatballs. Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until bacon is cooked through and meatballs reach 165°F internally.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
