Bacon:

  • 3 slices bacon

Crusty Bread:

  • 4 slices crusty bread, toasted

Avocado Mash:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Tomato Topping:

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

Additional Seasoning:

  • Flaky sea salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, shredded, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Cook Bacon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lay out bacon slices, and bake for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels and let cool.
  2. Prepare Toast and Avocado: Toast bread slices. Halve avocados, remove seed and skin, and place ½ avocado on each toast. Mash avocado with a fork.
  3. Assemble: Drizzle with lemon juice, layer tomato slices on avocado, sprinkle with bacon, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Final Touches: Add more tomato slices, salt, pepper, and basil on top. Serve and enjoy!
