Avocado Fries:
- 2 large avocados, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
Instructions
- Prepare the Avocado Fries: Mix flour with chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Coat avocado slices in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly. Spray with oil.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Air fry at 400°F for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway until golden brown.
- Cook in Oven: Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes on a greased baking sheet, turning halfway until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve hot with spicy mayo dipping sauce.
