Apple Fries Ingredients:
- 3 large Gala apples
- 1 cup flour
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
Caramel Dipping sauce Ingredients:
- 1 container of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Prepare Coating: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set up three shallow dishes for flour, beaten eggs, and graham cracker crumbs with sugar.
- Prep Apples: Peel, core, and cut apples into wedges. Coat each wedge with flour, then egg, and finally the graham cracker mixture.
- Air Fry: Air fry in batches at 380 degrees for 5 minutes, turn over, and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Prepare Sauce: Heat caramel sauce in the microwave until warm for dipping.
