  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare garlic scapes: Trim just below the bulb and woody ends. Chop remaining scape into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Blend garlic scapes and basil: In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine garlic scapes and basil.
